Here are some of the strategies that can be used to sell your home:

  • Submit your home to Multiple Listing Service, MLS (over 25,000 Agents)
  • Circulate your listing to all local companies’ sales staff for their waiting buyers.
  • Develop a list of features and benefits of your home.
  • Arrange for all the cooperating brokers in your area to tour your home.
  • Provide a biweekly features and benefits sheet updating and reminding all the cooperating brokers of your listing, through Re-runs and Fax.
  • Follow-up on all the agents that have shown your home for their response/feedback.
  • Suggest, advise and constantly update you as to any changes you might want to make to your property to make it more marketable.
  • Notify 500-1000 homeowners with just listed flyers, in case they have friends or relatives looking in your area.
  • Add additional exposure through a large professional sign and a convenient lockbox for agents showing your home.
  • Hold a public open house if necessary.
  • Advertise when necessary.
  • Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers; location, style, size, finances, etc.
  • Update you on all current financing options available to our buyer; interest rates and their effects on you.
  • Assist you in arranging bridge financing if buying and selling.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all offers and help you in negotiating your best possible price and terms.
  • Handle follow-up and keep you informed of all mortgage, title and closing procedures, after an offer has been accepted.
